Enterprise restructuring economic development in the world today is an importanttrend, as well as enterprise bigger and stronger strategic choice. In our country, theenterprise restructuring also get the business and government departments concerned toattention. The state-owned enterprise group’s internal reorganization has become astate-owned enterprise groups to optimize the industrial structure and the allocation ofresources effective means. This article through the domestic and international enterpriserestructuring research that enterprise restructuring can eventually purpose, restructuring ofthe integration of after play a key role.The so-called restructuring of the integration of after refers to the transactions aftercarrying out, the reorganization of the enterprise of the original resource parties toconfiguration and fusion, realize "integration".
