The Research Of Tobacco Enterprises Culture Integration After Its Assets Reorganization

During the process of enterprise' restructuring, risks not only involved in the tangible assets integration but also existed in the integration of its specific culture . It will not be able to accomplish smoothly for reducing costs and improving the core competitiveness of the role arising from reorganization ,if they can not prevent in advance, integration during the process and innovation afterwards for culture conflict. At present ,the assets reorganization of the domestic tobacco corporation has being made steady progress . Also it is particularly important for the corporate culture after restructuring.Therefore , firstly this article make a study to review the relevant theories of the corporate culture research, then explain the the corporate culture details and its development with emphasis on the SWOT analysis and the theory of CIS strategic analysis to provide the theoretical basis for the next phase of research . Then make an analysis for the industry'current state of the corporate culture for the domestic enterprise . Through the analysis of the status quo, pointing out that the existing corporate culture problems, so as to take specific measures to this problem.Finally ,by using of SWOT analysis and strategic theory of the CIS to make integration design for the tobacco enterprises' cultural after restructuring. That is , through the comparative analysis for business strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats to build up their own identification system in conception and design of its own. By using of an integrated approach, building up visual identification system ,which constitute the cultural characteristics of their own enterprises . At the end of the article , we take the case study of Shijiazhuang cigarette Company in its corporate culture intergration after reorganization as an example to support research point of view .
