China's Wind Power Industry Development Problems And Countermeasures

Since21stcentury, China’s economy has entered the industrialization stage of rapidgrowth, and the demand for energy is increasing. There are some problems which areaffecting the sustainable development of China’s economy, such as high energyconsumption of traditional fossil energy supply problems, demand imbalances problems,and environmental pollution problems. Hence developing the renewable energy industry isvery urgent.This thesis analyzes the development trend of the wind energy industry in2010, anddiscusses the hot issues of wind energy industry in2010. And then combined with relatedrequirements of "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" to build clean, sustainable modern energyindustry structure, this thesis illustrates the relationship between energy and economy,energy industrial structure and the development advantages of the wind energy.Based on the research of the wind energy industry policy, the analysis of thedevelopment status for the world wind energy industry, the China’s wind energy industrymanufacturers and the China’s wind-farm developers, and the comparison and analysis ofChinese wind energy industry development policy and other national policy analysis, thisthesis pointed out that the China’s wind energy industry has entered the transitional period.This thesis analyzes the problems encountered in the development process of theChina’s wind energy industry, including the gap between the China’s wind energy industryand the world advanced technology, the difficulty to join the grid, human resourceprocession construction, intellectual property, trade friction, etc.This thesis forecasts the development trend of the China’s wind energy industry.Combined with the energy lower carbonation development objectives and requirements,this thesis offers suggestions to adjust the China’s energy consumption structure, andpromote merger, acquisition, reorganization, as well as scale development of wind energycompanies.Combined with the specific conditions in China and the successful experience of theworld wind energy industry, this thesis gives appropriate policy suggestions for the China’swind energy industry development to solve the problem.
