China who has the unique advantage on the geographic, policy for FDL natural resource, human resource etc. attract more and more multinational companies, and play an important role in the resource optimization in multinational companies as a host country.To fully distribute the advantages and core competition of multinational companies, production transfer is a good format to optimize the resource in the multinational companies.
