Research On Organizational Culture Construction Of Inspection And Quarantine System

Research on culture construction of inspection and quarantine could unearthmore advanced concepts and integrate the outstanding culture and the spirit, thenprovide more theoretical basis for the establishment of a harmonious society in ourcountry. The significance of the research on culture construction of inspection andquarantine is extensive, including the role of guidance, cohesion, encouragement andregulation to the inside and the improvement of the influence of the inspection andquarantine departments to the outside. It can not only lay a good foundation toestablish a good image for the inspection and quarantine departments in the wholesociety, but also promote the spirit of inspection and quarantine and provide a goodenvironment and mass base for the development of the inspection and quarantine.Based on the full access to domestic and foreign literature, this paper is made useof several different methods to analysis the present situation of the organizationalculture construction of inspection and quarantine in China. Meanwhile, this papertakes Zhejiang inspection and quarantine bureau as an example to analysis theproblems of the cultural construction of inspection and quarantine departments, andprovides valuable proposals to the cultural construction.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction part, and thesecond part is the related theories of the organizational culture of inspection and quarantine system, which mainly include the theory system of organizational cultureand the construction of the organizational culture of inspection and quarantine system.The third part is the analysis of cultural construction in Zhejiang inspection andquarantine system, including the analysis of the current situation, the problems ofcultural construction and the reasons of these problems. Through the research and theanalysis, we find the necessity of the cultural construction of the system. The fourthpart is about the ways of the construction of the organizational culture in Zhejianginspection and quarantine bureau. The fifth part is about the proposals to the culturalconstruction in Zhejiang inspection and quarantine system. The sixth part is theconclusion, which summarizes the main viewpoints of this paper and predicts theprospects of inspection and quarantine culture in China as well.
