| Since the introduction of modern company management theory, corporate culture construction has been introduced to Chinese enterprise for over 20 years, with successful experienced in enterprise culture construction of famous real estate company, corporate culture has shown its great influence in improving the operating efficiency, the enhancement of the core competitiveness of enterprise and achievement of the business development goals. As a company with background of traditional family business, and also the Hong Kong listed company, Great China Properties has built the corporate culture with the fusion characteristics of this two culture while there are many contradiction problems existed. In order to let corporate culture to better play the positive role, I’ve studied the existing problems in corporate culture construction of Great China Properties, tried to explore a way for the improvement and seek a better way for the corporate culture construction.Base on the theory of real estate corporate culture, with the actual situation of Great China Properties, this article has analysis the problems and origin existing in the process of construction, specific analysis four aspects of institutional culture, behavior culture, material culture and spiritual culture of the Great China Properties; adopted the research method of combining theory and fact, it provides the theoretical basis for the Great China Properties corporate culture construction; the article also adopted the method of literature and questionnaire survey, combined with the use of the Internet, books and other relevant information. The domestic enterprise culture theory and real estate development data were collated, and a survey regards the corporate culture construction has been conducted within the Great China Properties, with the above data, problems and causes has been analysis, and it has significance influence in promoting the corporate culture construction, and its sustainable development. |
