| As a leading firm of the Chinese Mobile Internet, SKY-MOBI’s multi-project management model is an important research sample of Chinese’s Internet and Mobile Internet. Because of the establishment of a short time, business’s fast development, lack of the experience in multi-project management, no systematic approach to project selection and a large variety of projects have been started, The project resources are often in a serious shortage of state, rather than the key projects takes up a lot of resources. Due to the defect of project management structure, multi-project resource allocation plan is not complete, when encountered in the implementation process of the multi-project resource conflicts it can’t be quick enough to offer solutions, resulting in multi-project resource allocation efficiency and utilization is extremely low.In this article, the Mobo plus2.0, Plants vs. Zombies Demo development, ShouXin and other projects as examples are analyzed systematically for SKY-MOBI in the multi-project resource allocation problems from multiple dimensions to analysis the company’s overall strategy, project organization structure and resource allocation plans to influence and role of the multi-project resource allocation. Overall strategy on the basis of the above understanding, considering the SKY-MOBI’s business structure, a new multi-project management and resource allocation solutions on the basis of the matrix project organization structure was built, which gives the clear strategy, sets up the project organization structure, specify the process of the resource allocation, at the same time a feasible project resource allocation planning was given. For multi-project resource allocation adjustment, the author analyses the actual implement of the project effects and structural adjustment, and perform the predictions. At last, a summary of the conclusions of the SKY-MOBI’s multi-project resource allocation was given. |
