The Improvement And Application Of Matrix In Auto Part Company Project Management

As the continuous development of modern management science, project management has been utilized into the daily work of auto parts industry. The project organization structure is an important part in the project management, an appropriate organization structure is an unavoidable path to achieve success through project management.The thesis raises the research topic of how to build an appropriate organization structure through strong-weak matrix in project management.The project organizational structure reflects the structure of production factors, a reasonable organizational structure ensures the organizational activities execute orderly and efficiently. There are a lot of internal functional departments in auto parts enterprises, including the Application Engineering Department, Quality Engineering Department, Industrial Engineering Department, Sales Department, Purchasing Department, Logistics Department, etc.. The level of participation is different in these internal functional departments, traditional project organizational structure can’t meet the requirement of auto parts enterprises new project launch. Towards above questions and based on the deep study of project organization structure basic theory and analysis method, raise the thesis of strong-weak matrix project organization structure, confirm the Responsibility of every department.The fact proves that the strong-weak matrix project organization structure is effective, every internal functional department run in a good condition, and new project launch is successful in NTF Company. During the actual procedure, we found some issues as well, e.g. the requirement of project manager, the coordination of multi-project management, etc. The thesis analvzed the reason of these issues and raised relative solutions.
