Human resources are one of the important resources in the modern enterprisemanagement. Since China joined into the WTO, the managers of enterprises have been payingmore and more attention to human resources management. The company is growing bigger;the human resources management has becoming more important in YR PharmaceuticalIndustry LLC. Therefore, it is imperative to improve the level of the YR’s human resourcesmanagement.YR Pharmaceutical Industry LLC is a private enterprise affiliated to ZF group companies.It is a modern and highly new technology pharmaceutical company that includes medicalresearch, development, production and sales. On the initial stage, the company’s developmentrelies mainly on the pharmaceutical reform policies of the state, which lay a good foundationfor the development of pharmaceutical industry. But with company growing, it appears someproblems. For example, outstanding staff wastage seriously; most of the staff of the enterpriseis not satisfied with payment level; the enthusiasm of the staff is not high and so on. Theabove problems belong to human resources problems. The core competence of enterprisedevelopment lies in the human resources management of enterprise. This paper studies fromthe following aspects:Firstly, the paper analyses the development strategy of YR pharmaceutical industry LLCin the new era, and at the same time it analyses the present situation of human resources inYR pharmaceutical industry LLC.Secondly, it analyses the status of human resources management, including the overallstatus, job responsibilities, recruitment, training, payment management and Performancemanagement.Thirdly, it analyses the problems and reasons of human resources management in thecompany. Main problems embody the following aspects: unreasonable human resourcesstructures, unclear job responsibilities, lack of system and science about training system,Salary system does not reflect motivation, lack of scientific performance appraisal systemand lack of staff job enthusiasm; the appearance of the correlate problems is due to the qualityof managers and limitation of management idea, the disappearance of the enterprise cultural construction, lack of modern business management system and difference of staff quality.Finally, it puts forward some solutions for how to settle the human resourcesmanagement problems in the YR, including building the recruitment mechanism, establishingthe suitable training system to adapt to the company development, building the scientificpaying and welfare management system, establishing scientific performance appraisal systemand effective motivation system.
