China's medicine circulation industry has developed rapidly with the implementation of national policy reforms,such as the separation of Rx and dispensing,the elimination of medicine markups,the "two invoices system",and "4+7" procurement.The industry concentration has gradually increased.In fact,today's competition in the field of pharmaceutical circulation is focused on the looting of core human resources.The construction of human resource management system based on human resources strategy has become the main way for the company to obtain sustainable competitive advantage in a complex and volatile market environment.The importance of human resources strategy has been listed by many companies as the top priority,but practice has proven that most companies have not considered the importance of human resources strategy from the perspective of corporate development strategy,and have paid less attention to its content.The company lacks a systematic management method of human resources,and does not regard talents as the company's core competitiveness,which makes it difficult for the company to manage its business.The human resources management department is the company's chain department,which has the function of supplementing talents and increasing the company's performance for each department.Therefore,human resources strategy is an important functional strategy and key link to support and realize the company's development strategy.This article takes G's human resources strategy management as the research object,reviews related theories such as corporate strategy,human resources strategy,and the relationship between company strategy and human resources strategy.Under the overall strategic framework of G company,PEST analysis is used in the economic environment,Population environment,technical environment,political law and cultural environment,etc.,researched the external environment of G company,and conducted a summary analysis of G company's internal environment through the SWOT analysis method,and concluded that the company currently has internal disadvantages Outweigh the advantages,while at the same time the opportunities from the external environment are relatively greater than the threats or challenges.By thinking of ways to overcome disadvantages and use opportunities to achieve organizational strategic goals,choose to formulate G's "hybrid human resources strategy",this strategy will use a high-commitment strategy for more important core positions,so that important Core talent,and for those less important positions,a general talent strategy is adopted to save human resources costs.And the company's human resources planning implementation steps were formulated and implemented in three stages.The forecast and balance analysis of G's human resources quantity,quality,and structural goals were made,and G's human resources strategic planning and supply-demand balance strategies were formulated.At the same time,the "hybrid human resources strategy" was used as the core to introduce,In terms of training,compensation and benefits,performance appraisal and other aspects,we have formulated safeguard measures for the implementation of the company's human resources strategy.Through in-depth study of G's human resources strategic management,this paper identifies the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the company's human resources management in the current environment,and builds the company's human resources strategy and corresponding management strategies.It is expected to achieve a solid human resource foundation for the company's development strategy,to win the competitiveness of G in the human resources market,and to provide experience and practical communication for the same type of enterprises.
