In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet technology, e-commercemarket got the favor of many enterprises and scholars’ attention. However electroniccommerce development, especially the B2C e-commerce model development is farfrom realize people’s expectation. Compared with the traditional trade way, B2Ce-commerce online transactions still limited. The key factor of B2C e-commerceobstacles for the further development lies in the lack of trust. Therefore, in order topromote the B2C e-commerce further vigorous development, B2C e-commerceplatform to the credibility of the research is imperative.In this paper, through comprehensive the angle of the sociology and theeconomics to study the trust of B2C e-commerce mode, through the analysis andreference the document and research achievement of related trust of electronicbusiness at home and abroad. First of all, through to discuss the B2C e-commercemarket situation, summary and analysis electronic business credibility of B2Cinfluence factors, and through the way of questionnaire survey to the relevant experts,scholars and college students to analysis and research the influence factors whichcause the credibility of B2C e-commerce platform, and basis investigation result to setup a B2C e-commerce platform based on the evaluation index system; Second,through comprehensive evaluation method to indexes weights analysis and assessmentinfluence factors of B2C e-commerce trust. Eventually, establish a suitable for B2Ce-commerce field on the credibility of evaluation model.This paper from three aspects of business, consumers and platforms to assess thecredibility of the B2C e-commerce platform, considering a single integratedevaluation method each have advantages and disadvantages, so this study combinedwith entropy theory and gray relational comprehensive evaluation method toquantitative analysis of the credibility of the B2C e-commerce platform.
