Research On The Application Of Cloud Computing In Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Informatization

With the era of information, informatization has become an important meansof enhancing competitiveness for small and medium businesses (SMBs). Small andmedium-sized enterprise is small, high agility and quick response for the market,but the existing information models are difficult to meet its demands, such asindividuation, flexibility and other various demands. With little information effect,small and medium-size enterprises need a suitable information model urgently.Though the analysis of SMBs’ demands and the application value of cloudcomputing, this article builds an informational framework on internet for small andmedium-size enterprise informatization and provides a valuable reference for theapplication of cloud computing in SMBs.Cloud computing is a new service model, users can get hardware, software andservice on internet by cloud computing. In this way, cloud computing can helpusers reduce the cost of hardware and software and also can provide the productwhich meets the needs of enterprise in different development phase dynamicallyand flexibility. So cloud computing is the trend for small and medium-sizebusinesses, because it can resolve the difficult problems in SMBs’ informatization,like funds, talent, technology and so on, and meet the demands of personality andflexibility. The paper researches these as follows mainly:(1)First summarize the present development of SMBs’ information, analyzethe problems in the informatization. Based on the analysis, sum up the informationneeds and classify the existing information construction model.(2)Analyze the application of cloud computing informatization. First reviewthe structure, deploy ways and service classification of cloud computing, thenintroduce the strength and the influence of cloud computing in enterpriseinformation.(3)Instruct SMBs how to apply cloud computing in small and medium-sizebusinesses by answering four questions: is the company suitable for cloudcomputing; which kind of cloud service should the company choose; how to applycloud computing in the company and how to choose cloud product.(4)Establish cloud service evaluation index system for company angle andprovide means and suggestions for the selection of enterprise’s cloud service.
