Research On Enterprise Financial Management Informationization Construction Scheme Based On Cloud Computing

Being an important means of improving self-competitiveness and the integral component of national information strategy,informatization of enterprises,with informatization of financial management as its core,plays a significant role in national economy.Presently,the main mode of informatization of financial management in enterprises is purchasing and using financial management softwareHowever,such a mode has its own shortcomings and problems,such as high-cost investment,difficult management and maintenance,lagging in developing and updating functions,lack of flexibility in personalization and so on.With the development advancement of computer technology,Internet working Technologies and the storage technology of big datacloud computing technology has gradually been experienced.As a new service pattern,cloud computing regards IT resources,including hardware infrastructure,development platform,application software,network bandwidth and so on,as a kind of service and provides them to the end users over the Internet.The new technology enjoys the features of low-cost investment,high reliability,elastic expansionservice on demand etc..In addition,it can greatly lower the application threshold for financial informatization of enterprises,increase ROI(return on investment) of information,and adapt to th demands of enterprises at different developing stages Therefore,informatization of financial management based on cloud computing(shorted for Cloud Finance) will become the main trend in financial informatization,for it can effectively solve the problems,faced by enterprises,in funds, talents,cost and so forth, and satisfy their demands on individualization, diversity, flexibility etc..After referring to the research documentation abroad and at home and some application cases,this paper studies the development of informatization of financial management of enterprises based on cloud computing.This paper is composed of six chapters.The first one is introduction, including the summary of the theoretical research and application status about cloud computing abroad and at home,and the current situation of application of cloud computing to informatization of financial management of enterprises.Chapter two is the coherent and detailed discussion of the theory on cloud computing,which includes the concept, characteristics, key technologies,architectureservice mode,deployment patterns and so on. Analysis of the unique advantages of cloud computing technology are also included in this chapter,which paves the discussion in the following chapter,In chapter three,the author first analyzes the necessity of application of cloud computing respectively in the view of medium and small enterprises and large ones.Then addresses Cloud Finance from the point of view of deployment patterns and service mode,followed by the discussion of the construction of Cloud Finance.The author discusses this by analyzing the construction demands,choice of deployment patterns,option of service mode,and promoting comprehensively the implementation.In the next chapter, the author mainly analyzes the problems faced by enterprises during the construction of Cloud Finance, the key points they should pay attention to in the process of implementation,and the resolutions to the above-mentioned.In the fifth chapter, the author uses Cloud Finance of the company Changhong as case study.The author introduces the fundamental state of Changhong and the problems it faced in financial management.Then analyzes its Cloud Finance from three dimensions:the goal of construction, the process of implementation and the effect of application.By doing this, the author draws successful experiences in the construction of Cloud Finance from Changhong,which serve other enterprises as a reference.The last chapter is about the conclusion and limitation of this paper and the prediction of the future research.The innovation of this paper lies in:l)attesting the necessity of application of cloud computing technology in informatization of enterprises, from the point of view of both medium and small enterprises and large ones;2)analyzing the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of Cloud Finance on the basis of two dimensions-deployment patterns and service mode;3)designing the preliminary frame of the implementation and application of informatization of financial management of enterprises, according to the procedure of informatization.
