Research On Environmental Performance Auditing Evaluation Standard Of Ecological Livable City

In recent years, along with high-speed development of the cityeconomy, continual readjustment of the city layout, and the rapidexpansion of the city scale, the city environmental pollution problemshave become increasingly prominent. City ecological construction hasbecome the hot issues of common concern to countries in the world,therefore, It put forward a new kind of city development model—ecological livable city on the basis of the comprehensive experiencesummarization of the city development. Through study on ecologicallivable city environmental performance auditing evaluation standards,this paper established a set of effective ecological livable cityenvironmental performance auditing evaluation standards system. Itcontributes to the advancement of ecological livable city development inour country and the improvement of the research on the environmentalperformance auditing theory.Firstly, this paper demonstrates the methods of the building aboutecological livable city environmental performance auditing evaluationstandard through the introducing some related concepts of ecologicallivable city environmental performance auditing, such as ecologicallivable city, performance evaluation, performance audit andenvironmental performance auditing. On this basis, it build four aspectsof the ecological livable city environmental performance auditing evaluation standards, which are human development, environmentalprotection, resources and energy use, social civilization. Whensubdividing the four aspects, it uses the" pressure-state-response"(PRS)conceptual framework to construct the ecological livable cityenvironmental performance auditing evaluation standard, follows theprinciple of determining nature together with the ration, constructs thethree class index system. By using the Delphi method to determineweight of each index, it establishes a scientific evaluation index system.Finally it puts forward some safeguard measures, conclusions andquestions of the further research about the application of the ecologicallivable city environmental performance auditing evaluation standard.
