Comprehensive Utilization Study Of Water Resources In Reservoir Scenic Area

Water landscape resource is the most important element of Water ConservancyScenic. It is also an important attraction of the Water Conservancy Scenic Area. Butduring the development and utilization of the water landscape resources, there aremany unsatisfied points, such as the single form of the resources use, resulting a idleresource, one-sided pursuit of a single benefits while ignoring the overall efficiencycauses a waste of resources, etc. So as to ensure the sustainable development ofWater Conservancy Scenic Spot, the comprehensive utilization of water scenicresources is particularly important. This paper discusses the comprehensiveutilization of reservoir water scenic resources. On the basis of analyzing the status ofreservoir water scenic resource utilization patterns, makes a benefit evaluation toresource utilization mode, in order to test the level of comprehensive utilization ofresources. This paper makes Nanwan Reservoir of Xinyang City Water Scenic Areaas an example, analyzes the main mode of reservoir water scenic resource utilization,the multiple functions include the flood control, irrigation, water supply, powergeneration, aquaculture, tourism, etc. This is a kind of resource comprehensiveutilization mode. From economic benefits, social benefits, ecological benefits andreservoir negative benefit, use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluatereservoir comprehensive benefit of comprehensive utilization. Evaluation resultsshow that the value of reservoir comprehensive benefit is0.4225, then set up fuzzygrade according to fuzzy evaluation method, determine the result of the evaluation isthat integrated benefit level is general. Thus, reservoir resources utilization mode is acomprehensive utilization mode, but its comprehensive utilization degree did notachieve good results. Because the comprehensive utilization of resources not onlyinclude the transverse multipurpose utilization of resource, should also include afunction of longitudinal depth using. So Nanwan reservoir water resourcecomprehensive utilization should strengthen the longitudinal comprehensiveutilization of resources, coordinate each function using of resources, avoidingresources waste, raise comprehensive benefit of Water Conservancy Scenic Area,strengthen water scenic resources comprehensive utilization, realize the sustainabledevelopment of Water Conservancy Scenic area.
