Since the last century90time,, and along with our country tocommercialize a process of deepening, economic center come to the east, thecentral and eastern coastal areas of economic development gap. The centraland western regions is often put together with the eastern coastal areas dodistinguish, but as the national focus on regional coordination development, countrieshave carried out " western big development" the strategy and" revitalize baseof northeast old industry " the strategy, and the government began to payattention to western development, in aspect of the policy caused the regional imbalancedevelopment. In three regions of our country the development henceforth theremay even be a great development of the eastern, western development, whilethe central region almost collapse may. Premier Wen Jiabao in2004government report put forward first " mid rise abruptly", until the developmentof the central region was put on the government work agenda. While facing theeastern, central and western regions of the current development of theembarrassing situation, how to coordinate regional development is now or laterwill face a tough proposition.Based on the reality of our country current situation of utilization of foreigncapital and the region to attract foreign investment motivation of the centralprovinces, the main use of foreign investment in recent years changes havemade a comparative analysis, and in the theoretical analysis have insertedsome central areas compared with the eastern regions to attract foreign directinvestment ’s advantage and disadvantage analysis.Finally, through the D-Smodel on the central region of1996-2010using FDI competition complementarystudies that mid area in most areas show a complementary features.
