Research On Competition And Complementary Of China-Central Asia Trade Under The Background Of One Belt And One Road

As the policy of �One Belt One Road� is put forward,China will develop a closer trade cooperation with the countries of Asia and Europe,and will make a huge contribution to regional economic integration.Because of its important strategic position and rich natural resources,the central Asia is the area which many countries is scrambling to cooperate with since the ancient.At the meanwhile,due to the convenient traffic,the rapid development economic and the plenty of market supply stock,China has become the most important trading partner of the central Asian countries.Trade cooperation between China and the five central Asian countries is mostly for energy cooperation,transportation,and so on.The trade situation is suitable,but there are many restraining factors.Under the new situation of �One Belt and One Road�,trade cooperation between China and the five central Asian countries will undoubtedly usher in the new opportunity and challenge,so it's necessary to analyze the trade competitive and complementary between China and the central Asian to make a more scientific decision.According to 15 years' data from 2000 to 2014,and based on the theory of absolute advantage,comparative advantage theory,and the theory of national competitive advantage theory,at the first the paper illustrates status quo of the trade cooperation between China and the five central Asian countries;Secondly using Export Similarity Index,Revealed Comparative Advantage Index,Trade Combined Degree and Trade Complementary Index,and explore the existent development trade opportunity of China and central Asian;And then using the gravity model analyzes the influence factors of China and central Asia,educed the restraining factors between China and central Asia;Finally,further put forward to promoting a higher level,the deeper the trade cooperation development mode between China and the five central Asian countries,so as to promote more closer economic and trade cooperation between China and the five central Asian countries.
