The six sigma is not new theory.In Europe and the United States,Six Sigma management has been implemented for decades and madegreat achievements. Based on the understanding of the actual situation ofthe enterprise which has implemented the six sigma system, we summedup how to implement the six sigma systems in the field of the PV.In this thesis, we verified the effectiveness and applicability of thesix sigma system that control rate of debris in the photovoltaic industry.We defined a “index”Y1which has relativity of the output Y and use theY1take place of Y (debris rate) for analysis, testing, improving and findcrisis factors by statistical analysis method, and then verify these X’ arealso the crisis factors of the output Y. This can greatly reduce the difficulty of collecting data, saving a great deal of time and funds, butalso ruled out the noise factors.According to the application of Six Sigma on control the rate ofdebris in the photovoltaic industry, we summed up some problems weshould concern.
