Due to the impact of2008economic crisis, the textile export business of China shrinks rapidly what results profit margins reduced. In order to win in the competition, there are many requests to computer embroidery machine which are asked from embroidery enterprises, such as lower failure rate, wider range for embroider and greater product stability. This paper is in the background of the mode of production organization of TN Company. And then the application of Six Sigma in TN Company is analyzed to improve the quality of computer embroidery machine and reduce the cost of production.Based on the collection, classification and analysis of the documents and data, this article firstly studies the production management status of TN Company to find problems in production management. To solve these problems, Six Sigma management is produced to TN Company. For the purpose of the Six Sigma management implements successfully in TN Company, Six Sigma Implementation Committee led by the director of factory and a training system are established. Finally, an improvement project of repairing driving bearing is analyzed using the method of DMAIC process. Through the implementation of the project, the total defect rate dropped from15%to5%. At the same time, it is saved about80,000Yuan every year in production cost. The production costs and customer complaints are reduced effectively. The stability of product quality and brand image are enhanced too.Though, in this article, the production of TN Company is studied only, while it can be delivered to production of other enterprises. It makes important contributions to enhance the level of implication of Six Sigma management in similar enterprises.
