| Company X is a leading producer of aluminium and aluminium alloy foil,which dominates the industry in the high end of the aluminium foil,a pioneer in the world’s double-zero aluminium foil industry.But since 2010,T-company has been stubbornly persistent in complaining about the problem of adhesion and has had a significant impact on satisfaction.This paper aims to introduce 6 Sigma theory for process control,apply methodology of DMAIC,ANOVA,and experimental design to analyze process and data,adopt PFMEA to recognize the key problems based on the fluctuation of adhesive force caused by the laminated aluminium foil.Explore the development methods of rolling machines,rolling oil,separating and cutting,annealing,packaging,then use experimental design to demonstrate that these methodologies have creative implications in improving process control level for aluminium foil product.At the same time,the implementation of Six Sigma’s tools and conclusions combined with the specific production process,producing factors and production conditions,aided by the implementation of the 6 Sigma standardized management approach that is manageable,secure and monitored,and it is important to the production quality of company X and reduction in cost of the product.This article provides a reference for s quality control and improved quality to similar product company. |
