This thesis analyzes the current situation of the development of thespecial farm products in Changbai Mountain region and summarizes theexisiting problems:1,upstream resource is scattered and the ability offurther processing is unsufficient;2,the product quality is unstable andthere is very few influential product brands;3,sales distribution isdisordered;4,market cultivation is not enough and the products are notfully recognized by consumers.Following the above-mentioned problems, the thesis details the majorstrength and weakness of the special farm products in Changbai mountainregion and also analyzes the external environment factors relevant to thedevelopment of the special farm products. From the SWOT analysis, theconclusion is positive to develop the special farm products in Changbaimountain region.Based on intensive analysis from the internal and external point ofview, we propose a development strategy for the special farm products in Changbai mountain region, that is:1, to establish a united operationalplatform and to build up a united brand;2,to establish local base for rawmaterials and manufacturing to ensure the product quality;3,tore-establish or integrate the sales distribution channels;4,to focus onbrand building and promotion featuring the characteristic culture ofChangbai mountain and the unique health value of the farm products inthis region.Fially, the thesis puts forward some concrete suggestions on how toimplement the development strategy.
