The purpose of enterprises traded in the market is to obtain profits,in order to ensure the growth of profits,enterprises must have a sustainable development of competitive advantage.Therefore,the topic of competitive advantage has always been a hot topic in management research.According to the views of resource-based theory,the competitive advantage of enterprises from different enterprises have different resources,namely the heterogeneity of resources,so the comprehensive grasp and efficient use of resources has become an important topic in the study of enterprise competitive advantage.As enterprises can come into contact with internal resources and the change of external resources,which requires enterprise has the ability of dynamic coordination and integration of them effectively,make the enterprise gradually formed a lasting,can rapidly adapt to the external environment change mode of resource integration in the process of resources integration,and bring to the development of enterprise sustainable competitive advantage of the unique ability to make the resources to create more value.The dissertation studied dynamic capability of enterprise resource integration pattern in five parts.The first part elaborated the research background and significance of the research on resource-based theory and dynamic capability theory at home and abroad were reviewed.In this part,we discussed the domestic enterprise connotation,way and pattern of resource integration,we also summarize dynamic capability theory studied abroad,the connotation of the enterprise dynamic power and the relationship between dynamic capabilities and resources integration.Finally put forward in the research ideas,methods and innovations.The second part expounded the basic theory related to this topic by researching on resources integration and dynamic capability at home and abroad.To reduce transaction costs and gain competitive advantage,the scholars established theoretical models to explain the relationship between resources and competitive advantage.With the changing of the market,the scholars researched focus gradually shifting from the partial static resource-based theory to dynamic capability theory.In this process,we found that the studies of dynamic capabilities is not perfect,especially in the relationship between enterprise resource integration and competitive advantage,therefore this dissertation regard it as the breakthrough point.The third part studied the mechanism of enterprise resource integration.First of all,we discussed the content and forms of enterprise resources,introduced the concept of internal resources and external resources.Secondly,this paper introduced the process of enterprise resource integration.Finally,by introducing two kinds of dynamic ability theories,the paper sorted out the enterprise resource integration framework under the perspective of dynamic ability.We added consideration of dynamic capabilities to the framework,and discussed the relationship of resource integration and the promotion of the dynamic capabilities,enriched the theory of dynamic ability.The fourth part studied the pattern of enterprise resource integration.As analyzing external resource integration,we introduced the reasons and the process of integrating strategic alliance mode,demonstrated the formation and evolution of strategic alliance mode,and introduced the forming mechanism of dynamic capabilities in the process of external resources integration.As analyzing internal resource integration,we also introduced the motivation of integration and the integration path in the perspective of dynamic capability and the formation of dynamic capabilities in the process of internal resources integration.We creatively put forward to the pattern of internal resource integration in the perspective of enhancing dynamic capability.The fifth part validated the conclusion on the front based on the research of the typical cases,introduced problems and solutions which Changchun Eurasia Group Company Limited encountered in terms of external resource integration and internal resource integration,and had a discussion about the outcome.The sixth part provided targeted countermeasures and suggestions for other enterprises in China by summarizing enterprise resource integration in the process of the development of Changchun Eurasia Group Company Limited,especially business enterprises and the direction of enterprise actual operation with reference value.
