With the market increasingly competitive, talents become more andmore important resources in the business development. More companies startto consider that how to select outstanding employees who comply with thecompany’s development rather than just excellent talents; How to makereasonable allocation rather than holding the concept " Gold will shineeverywhere "; How to train potential employees systematically andscientifically and so on, at the same time, these issues also have becomeresearch direction of many scholars.The research of this article is from the actual application of WHcompany, which found that there is not an objectively and effectivelyevaluation standard for human resource issues such as selection、training anddevelopment of sale’s staff, and which leads the problems of management ofthe company. The key issue is the lack of an effective and objectiveevaluation system for personnel selection and training. To review relatedtheory, we can find the study of competence can help enterprises to solve thisproblem. Competency-theory system has been widely attention in the westerncountries, United States as a representative, its application also has beencomprehensively tested. Especially when competency theory is combinedwith market practice, many enterprises and organizations have proved, withthe indisputable excellent performance and management efficiency, that thenecessary of re-examination of position setup which base on the viewpoint of competency, in China, there are also some theoretical researches in this area,but there is rare research and application of competency model on sale’sposition like this article. Therefore, this article attempts to use WH Companyas the research background to study the competence model of sale’s position,and apply it to the selection of talent in practices which mainly represent inthe recruitment and internal promotion, to solve the problems of beingdifficult to recruiting and employing.This article studies the competency model based on JCAM on sale’sposition of WH company, which is constructed according to the sampleanalysis, data stat. and interview, and show the percentage of internalconstructer; the article studies the actual effect of the application ofcompetency model in recruitment, to be combined with scientific measuretools, interview methods and professional training, given the correspondinganalyses and suggestion; at the same time, the article studies the applicationof competency model in internal promotion in the company, to be combinedwith the fair selection mechanism, scientific measure methods, given thecorresponding analysis and Suggestions.
