China has become important area of notebook PC manufacture.Taiwanese computer companies have almost monopolized the laptop OEMindustry. According to incomplete statistics, more than80%of notebookcomputers are manufactured by Taiwan Company. R&D ability, animportant support of the notebook OEM, determine not only whether acompany can successfully get the customer orders, but also the basis for thehealthy operation of the business. HR management of R&D team andperformance improvement plays an important role for the competitiveness ofthe whole company. There is still a big gap between Taiwanese companiesand their foreign counterparts or other industries in the level of humanresource management. During team operation, the deliverables delay bringsfrequent customers complaint or even project failure. Therefore, teamperformance improvements are desirable for the computer companies.K company engages in the research and development and production ofcomputer. This thesis focus on performance improvement of Electronics R&D project team T of K company, through the theory investigation and practice.HR management philosophy is used in this application project. The mainsteps are including research of high-performance team model, job analysis,KPI and motivation practice. Those steps help each member continues tomake breakthroughs, in order to make team achieve the high performance.
