Research On The Supply Chain Risk Management Of Notebook OEM Industry

With the development of global economic integration,the market competition becomes increasingly furious,the market environment becomes increasingly complex, the competition among enterprises has gradually evolved into the supply chain.The technological level and organizational capacity have a larger gap between chinese enterprises and the advanced enterprises in developed countries.The majority chinese enterprises become OEM sides,they have to survive depending on the order of advanced enterprises.Fierce market competition causes some chinese industry is faced with various risks,encountering a huge test,the notebook is one of the industry type.In order to improve notebook OEM industry competitiveness and ensure OEM notebook supply chain agility and reliability,using the theory of supply chain risk management,this paper analyzes all kinds of risk encountered by NB OEM industry in the supply chain environment,establishes a integrated set of method of the Notebook OEM industry supply chain risk management.Firstly,this article describes NB OEM industry current situation in China and pointes out the necessity and significance of supply chain risk management.On the basis of it,the supply chain risk management related theories are reviewed.Secondly, in order to conduct a comprehensive understanding of various risk faced by NB OEM industry,the SCOR model is adopted to identify its risk.Thirdly,based on the methods of risk assessment shortcoming in the existing supply chain literature,this paper puts forward the application of fuzzy influence diagram approach to assess NB OEM industry supply chain risk.The supply chain risk evaluation model of NB OEM industry based on fuzzy influence diagram is constructed to determine the probability of risk and losses.The model evaluation steps are descripted briefly.And then,from the point of theory,this article suggestes NB OEM industry how to prevent and control the supply chain risk.The risk prevention strategy of benchmarking enterprise-Quanta Group is introduced to guide other OEM enterprises.Finally,this paper takes Chang-seok Technology Co.,Ltd as an example,identifies and assesses this company supply chain risk and proposes the enterprise how to prevent and control risk according to the result of assessment.This study not only allows us to have a deep understanding of chinese NB OEM industry supply chain risk management,but also has a significant meaning to the operation of NB OEM industry supply chain risk management.
