The Quality Analysis And Improvement Of L Product In ZS Company

Quality management as an important part of enterprise operation and management,it has played an extremely important role to improve product quality,to maintain brand reputation and to build core competitiveness of enterprises.The research object of this article is Shenzhen ZS company which is a medium-sized LCD/LCM production enterprise.Because of the company's LCD screen industry competition is intense,product quality problems,not only can lead to customer return,repair and production line,increase the internal and external loss cost,an enormous influence upon the company credibility,quality management has been the top priority of the ZS company.For analysis of ZS company quality problems,improvement of the quality management level,in this paper,through research,selected the typical quality accident-L product quality accident.Quality management tools such as fishbone diagram method respectively,this paper carries on the analysis,it is concluded that a variety of quality accident causes.ZS are pointed out through the quality problem,the account of the causes of the quality problem is mainly due to the company personnel,material,operating process and methods,the cause of management from four aspects.Based on the quality management theory and literature,this paper designs the L product quality accident solution,from the above four aspects,made the corresponding improvement measures,formed a quality improvement plan to L product of ZS company.By means of the implementation of improvement measures is put forward in this paper,ZS company L significantly improved the quality of the product problem.First,personnel,implement quality training activities,incentives and other means,on the one hand,improve employees' skills and quality consciousness,on the other hand trying to retain talent,for staff independent source,take the initiative to improve power quality problems;Secondly,material,stricter enforcement of supplier management and incoming inspection,reduces the material consumption,reduce the unnecessary quality accident;Third,operation process and method,improve the existing operation process,create and implement standardized operation specification,to ensure that the employees operating specifications;Fourth,management,more clear quality target management were carried out for employees,improve the 5 s site management,improve the quality of the staff behavior.In this paper,the design of product quality accident L solution,help ZS company improve quality activities,so as to improve the company's performance,to trade enterprises to improve quality management also to have certain reference significance.
