Study On Technical Risk Management For Notebook Developing Project

The notebook computer manufacture has been into the meager profit era sincethe maturity of the electronics industry. In contrast, the application technology ofnotebook is more and more complicated, the difficulty of the production process hasbeen higher than before, which cause the adverse consequences of technical rsihreveals gradually. At the same time, the cost of research and design remains high,which further highlights the importance of technical risk management.The effectivemanage for technical risk can realize the weakness and defect of product in designphase or before mass production. It can work out the solution to the weakness anddefect based on analysis of risk management.This paper adoptes the WBS-NUDD method to identify the risk factors, thefailure mode and effect analysis mothod to risk qualitative analysis, the fuzzyomprehensive evaluation method to risk quantitative analysis, work out the responsestrategy to the technical risk of notebook developing projects, then introduceresponses measures to the common technical risk of these kind of projects. Last,perform the technical risk management on D2notebook developing project, verify thevalidity of the proposed mothod through the project actual results.
