Research On Investment Risk Management Of TJ Company's Technical Transformation Project

With the rapid development of China's economy and the increasingly fierce competition among companies,technological transformation has become an important way for companies to break through themselves and innovate.At present,many companies in China do not pay attention to the investment risk management of technological transformation projects,and the company risk is increasing.Therefore,how to manage the investment risks of technological transformation projects,and more effectively carry out risk assessment,management and control,has become the focus of future work of related companies.Through the research on the relevant literature of project risk management,there are relatively few researches on the design and application of project risk management system from the perspective of internal management of the company,Based on the theory and TJ company's practice,this paper designs the investment risk management system of technological transformation project,and analyzes the application effect.In this paper,TJ company,a kitchen production and sales company,is taken as the research object.Firstly,combined with relevant theories and research results,the current situation of investment risk management of TJ company's technological transformation project is analyzed,and it is found that there are some problems in investment risk management,such as improper risk identification,lack of risk evaluation methods,imperfect risk early warning and control,etc.Secondly,according to the above problems,from the goal and principle of constructing the investment risk management system of the technological transformation project,this paper puts forward the management optimization scheme of the investment risk of the technological transformation project from the aspects of risk identification,risk evaluation and risk response,among which,on the basis of risk identification,the risk evaluation index is constructed,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk,and the risk evaluation method is put forward System construction for management organization,system and risk response.Finally,using the system to identify,evaluate and deal with the a project risk of TJ company,the applicability and practicality of the system are obtained.Through the research of this paper,we hope to provide some theoretical reference and method reference for TJ company's technical transformation project risk management,and promote TJ company to strengthen its risk management and achieve long-term development.
