As the demand forIT projects has its uncertainties, progressive, change more frequently,and many other features, resulting in demand for IT projects aredifficult to quickly grasp, and even frequent changes in customerdemand is difficult to control, resulting in cost and schedulepressure; implementation the effect is often difficult to achieve thedesired results and other issues.In order to solve IT project in the real world facing realproblems and improve the quality of IT projects and project successrate, and effective IT project management, requirements gathering andanalysis methods is very important. Current IT projects, requirements gathering and analysis of management generally do not satisfactory,the definition of project targets and requirements change managementare not accurate enough to do, so corporate customers can be found inthe project deliverables and the expected phase there is a certainbias, even in the end of the project found that the final projectdeliverables, not really need the product or service, or the existenceof bias in the details.In addition, the project needs analysis and the actualimplementation of the diversity of the multiplicity of choice,resulting in project management for demand control, demand for mining,integration requires a great need to improve. How to do requirementsanalysis and segmentation, in any project is a core issue. Around thisproblem, in theory, there are many different treatment options and thepros and cons on the branch comparison. But no matter what kind ofsolution needs to take into account the reality of practicalapplication, the theory requires a suitable application environment,corresponding to the right, how to combine the two, is the mostimportant issue we face.To solve this problem, this paper based on the theory of projectmanagement, combined with requirements gathering, informationcollection and analysis, demand knowledge of mining and other relateddisciplines for IT project management, requirements gathering andanalysis methods of a study. And for the actual needs of IT projectsoften encounter the situation changes, do the corresponding analysison how to do demand control and process improvement.In this paper, the theory of project management framework,introduced requirements gathering and analysis of IT projectmanagement process. And theoretical knowledge and solutions at this stage to do the analysis, combined with the analysis of thecharacteristics of IT projects, IT projects on the current demandexists in the collection and analysis of management issues in thestudy. There was improvement and propose feasible solutions.Finally, this paper proposes the use of IT projects thefeasibility of AHP, and AHP in IT projects are described in theapplication, and the actual results of AHP comparative analysis, thatthe application of AHP to improve project management processreliability and validity, and qualitative analysis of the effects oftheir use.
