To companies, market is the foundation of their survival and development.Customers, as the core factor in the market, are of vital importance to the survival of companies. Among all, Key Accounts play the core role, and the first priority of companies' development. With the high-tech weeps across the world, the competition in market are increasingly fierce, the traditional enterprise marketing mode is changing so much, the characteristics of unique demand lead by the diversity of terminal customers have become increasingly apparent, customers' satisfaction directly decided the customers' fame and operation. Companies must hold tight customers, make full use of chances of market research as well as customers' satisfaction collection to find out the differences between the enterprise and the customers' demands, meeting the customers'internal demand to improve their loyalty. LY factory of CASC as a traditional military enterprise, after three line relocating and rapid development, has been in the critical period of transformation and development. Affected by the international security situation and military environment, military model markets orders surging in recent years, when several tasks were taken at the same time, it often appeared to be not delivering products on time or of poor qualities, so that customers' satisfaction significantly decrease, and complaints increased, so that the risk of loss markets share exists. Therefore, how to use the scientific methods to match the needs of customers,and provide the new products especially the Key Accounts, so that achieve economic growth more quickly, it has become the most urgent problems to solve in the enterprises current situation.Discussed the LY factory of CASC enterprises organization structure in this paper, points out the "weak matrix" to meet customers demand on the existing problems ,and puts forward the construction of a "matrix" of big customer marketing management mode, and the model describes the characteristics and connotation, has been clear about the model (project) "two Commander" as the project manager to implement the project management pattern, that in order to meet customer requirements of new product development the needs of customers (including potential demand)combined with new product development, according to the four main stages in the project management in order to develop the new products development project management, and the implementation of the corporate quality policy, in other words,it is focus on the customers, and to let the new products by the delivery of the goods as soon as possible to support the enterprise become bigger and stronger quickly.This paper will be based on LY factory of CASC status, try to use the project management science theory, to analysis the relevant cases, and to summarizes the deficiency existing in the current enterprise in new product development, and analysis its causes, and puts forward solution measures, namely, to establish a new management model, that is the project management pattern which is based on the large customer demand oriented new product development.The paper combining LY factory of CASC operation of a project, to proving the project management pattern that based on customer demand oriented new product development Finally, and further clarify: The way to develop customer satisfaction commodities is fit the needs of customers closely, and contacting the customer requirements and implement into the product development process by a scientific method, so that the goods that customer satisfaction can be researched and developed and the value can be created by the enterprise.
