In the 21 st century,with economic development,civilian aircraft have a vast market prospects,China urgently needs to achieve new breakthroughs and progress in the development of civil aircraft,for which it is necessary to conscientiously sum up the existing project management methods,and bring forth the new through the old to adapt to the development of the aviation industry under the new situation.In compliance with the law of development of civil aircraft,to effectively balance the interests of all stakeholders,organize the project team staff,make good use of project resources,and ultimately achieve the project objectives successfully.this thesis makes the applied research of project-oriented organization structure in a civil aircraft model development.Firstly,this thesis starts from the background and significance of the project organizational restructuring,and then describes the project organizational change basic theory,project team building theory,team performance management theory,next,summarizes domestic civil aircraft project developed management features,by combining with the relationship of civil aircraft development program,product breakdown structure,work breakdown structure and organizational breakdown structure.Secondly,the status of a certain type of domestic aircraft development project organization structure were analyzed with combined research on the running of Boeing project team,and followed by the optimization of the organizational structure of this project.Thirdly,organizational structure optimization principles,challenges,and specifically addressed the ideas and programs of organizational restructuring were clearly putted forward.And finally,from the project-oriented organization with its own characteristics,establishes project team member selection mechanisms and collaborative communication mechanisms in the project,team-building performance management system and infrastructure capacity,implementation of information technology are brought out to ensure that measures of organizational restructuring.A project-oriented organizational structure has been established step by step,and the organizational framework and a clear hierarchy has been rationalized,the primary responsibility at all levels of the team has been clarified,product integration and process control has been further strengthened after the adjusted project organization running about two years,project management work efficiency has been further enhanced Finally,the implementation effects were analyzed and summarized,further adjustment recommendations were put forward.
