Under the new circumstances building up the home for technical workers is theconcentrated expression of association for Science and Technology to present itsnature and object. To highlight the dominant position of all technical craft workers,and play the main role, Science and Technology Association must perform on thepremise of agglomerating all of them through the most fundamental and effective wayof building up a home to guarantee the completion of all the tasks.Regarding the situation of knowledge innovation, science and technologyimproving, building each level’s association as “Home” has more pressing realsignificance and far-reaching strategic significance.
