Facilitated Home-to-Home Health Service Platform is a platform for doing O2 O health services,while there are two community experience stores offline.The firm was founded in 2015,and the online platform and offline experience stores were officially operated in April 2016.Since 2015,there have been many similar O2 O door-to-door health service platforms.Compared with traditional health services,the new way of door-to-door service has changed the original single service scenario and brought convenience to consumers.However,the level of each platform in the market is uneven and the competition is fierce.In this case,Facilitated Home-to-Home Health Service Platform should adopt more excellent marketing strate gies to adapt to the market conditions,to enhance their core competitiveness in the market,and to constantly improve brand influence.Through the analysis of the external environment and industry structure of the platform in this paper,it can be concluded that the current market environment is very favorable for the development of the platform?However,if we wants to achieve more markets for the platform,then we should make it different from other competitors.According to market segmentation and target market selection,the platform will be positioned as an online and offline integration,providing consumers with high-quality,high-tech services of rapid door-to-door health service platform.In view of the existing problems in the marketing of the platform,we provide the corresponding marketing strategy optimization to solve them.From the perspective of products,it is necessary to comprehensively improve product quality,increase products and increase product added value.From the price point of view,we should pay attention to the price changes of competitors and re-determine the price by combining the value of the service itself.From the perspective of channels,platforms should enhance the value of existing channels and develop more effective chann els with less cost by means of new media.From the perspective of promotion,we should strengthen customer relationship management,make more accurate use of advertising promotion,and establish communication with consumers as much as possible.In addition,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the marketing strategy design of Facil itated Home-to-Home Health Service Platform,it is also necessary to provide guarantee from the four aspects as follow,internal human resources,capital,organizational structure and corporate culture.The purpose of this research is to enhance the market share of Facilitated Home-to-Home Health Service Platform,so that the platform can stand out among many competitors while enhancing brand influence,it has core competitiveness.At the same time,this paper can also provide some reference value for other similar enterprises in marketing strategy design.
