Research On The Eco-logistics Of Industrial Enterprise And Performance Evaluation

This paper tried to build eco-logistics system operation mode on the basis of wholeproduct life cycle by researching the industrial enterprises’ eco-logistics and performanceevaluation, and tried to explore the performance influencing factors for establishing ascientific and complete evaluation system for enterprise to implement logistics. The paperresearched the industrial enterprises’ eco-logistics performance evaluation model with themethod of FCE(Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation), which promoted industrial enterprise tobuild the conception of equal market niche and ecological niche, and coordinated thebalanced development of enterprises’ economic, social and ecological benefits.Firstly, this paper elaborated the relevant theories of industrial enterprises’eco-logistics and constructed the eco-logistics system operation mode on the basis ofeco-logistics content system and life-cycle theory. Secondly, the paper establishedindustrial enterprises’ performance evaluation index system from economic benefits, socialbenefits and ecological benefits by analyzing the necessity of implementing eco-logisticsfor industrial enterprise and the problems existing in our country’s industrial enterprise andthe evaluation factors. Lastly, the paper constructed industrial enterprises’ eco-logisticsperformance evaluation model and made a real example analysis with FCE method, andgave some suggestions for industrial enterprise implementating eco-logistics purposely.Through establishing model and statistical analyzing, the paper evaluated theindustrial enterprises’ eco-logistics performance from economic benefits, social benefitsand ecological benefits by combining the methods of theory analysis and questionnaireconsulting and combining the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The last real example analysis tested the feasibility and practicality of the model, andprovided some guidances and references function for industrial enterprise to implementateand evaluate eco-logistics and for the operation and management.
