Performance Evaluation And Empirical Study Of Logistics Enterprise

Performance evaluation of logistics enterprise mean to reach the goal of reducing the enterprise cost, adopting specific performance evaluation index system, according to unified evaluation criterion, and using the corresponding evaluation model and calculation method to make objective, justify, reasonable, and scientific evaluation and measure for the input, output and benefits of enterprise logistics system. Although, Chinese logistics rapidly thrives, most logistics industries still existing problems, such as, insufficient services innovation capabilities, low services efficiency, large proportion of low value added of traditional services, etc. Therefore only with the help of scientific and effective management can logistics enterprises get stable, healthy, and long-term development in a fierce competition environment. And the performance evaluation is an effective method for companies to strengthen their management. How to fully, scientifically analyze and evaluate logistics enterprises’ operation performance have become the issue that logistics need to sole urgently; as well as they play a very important role for logistics enterprises to improve their own competitiveness.Thereby, this article conducts a study. By reviewing overseas and domestic research status and enterprises research and enterprises actual research build a performance evaluation index system from economic effectiveness, operation level, customer service, and competitiveness. And it makes unified index type and dimensionless processing, which form a comprehensive index weight determining method; then through adopting and integrating weighted average method and index system of hierarchy establish the model of PA (Performance Appraisal) in logistics enterprises, and makes a empirical study.
