Accompanying with fast development of computer technologies and market economy, Internet technologies, Logistic efficiency and Payment methods have been developed very quickly in a short period. Based on the30th Report of Investigation of the Development of Chinese Internet, the quantity of Chinese Netizen have been over538million and Internet Popularize rate climbed to39.9%. Referring to data from the center of Chinese E-Commerce, on-line-shopping population had been reached over214million till the middle of2012. The biggest challenge to GT Company is that most of the competitors have implemented the strategies of on-line-sale by helping from the advantage of Internet Technologies. Without using E-Commerce, It is becoming reality that GT Company is going to faded-out through the competition because the customer is more and more relying on the information from website.This thesis starts with main contents from the introduction of the research purposes, significances, the relative researches from home and abroad. And then, It is summarized the basic concepts and theories which includes in this thesis. By researching relative materials, investigation situation and data, using the SWOT analytic method, the current situation of GT’s E-commerce have been analyzed thoroughly. With studying the real case of GT’s E-Commerce, the most challengeable situations and concerns has been researched based on various theories and methods in the guide of modern web marketing. To solve these, this thesis selected the E-Commerce strategies for GT Company in the present by the deep digging of the reasons of these challengeable situations and concerns to ensure the sustainable strengths and long term development. This thesis provides the new idea and solution of any studies of network marketing strategies and market model, as well. It is not only to direct the development of GT Company, but also to have solid values for any other company.
