Research On Design Management In A Real Estate Company

Chinese real estate is gradually mature, but the property of real estate is not reallyclear, the theory about design management of real estate is not discussed.Considering real estate production, study the real estate building product attributes,analysis and design of management object, it is based economic interests, to solvepeople’s production, life need, show the social value, cultural value of buildings andenvironment. The structure is this that clear research object connotation, managementtheory construction target and organization, the project management theory on the basisof research and design management of the basic three targets system.This thesis uses the management theory, combined with case analysis, analogy,field survey, and analyze the basic data one by one, then reasoning out their views andresults.After study the object of real estate’s design management, puts forward the designmanagement of specific target. Following the principle of theory research, designmanagement should follow the internal and external management process.This paper analyses in detail the contents of Calculation of the construction period,the progress of control measures, design quality connotation, based on ISM on thedesign analysis of quality factor, to create high-quality and innovative design measures,design cost calculation, cost control at design stage of means and so on. Of coursedesign management includes management, in this paper one by one to research andanalysis of design organization and management including the sector of the influencingfactor analysis, design of structure, design department responsibilities, staffing, theexternal unit management and collaborative design and so on.Of course, design management includes management of department, researchdesign organization and management, including organization structure, designdepartment responsibilities, staffing, collaborative design and the external unit of themanagement and so on, so can clear that conditions of setting real estate enterprisedesign management department.
