The Team Construction Of Field Service For Company B

Field service is an important business of company B, but company B hasmany problems in the construction and management of filed service atpresent, and these problems affect the quality and customer satisfaction of Bcompany, how to strengthen the team construction of field servicemanagement is an important task which field managers need to consider, andfor the promotion of company B’s business.From this angle, through the questionnaire survey of team constructionfor company B, got the existing problems at company B’s field service:unclear responsibility for team members, lacking team communication andteam under excitation, etc. Based on these problems, on the basis of scholars’studies, the author puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the field service efficient team construction. First analyzes the general features ofhighly efficient team, defines the highly efficient team. Then proposes how tomake qualifications for team stakeholders, analyzes the main responsibilitiesfor them. At last, the author presents some suggestion for improvement ofcompany B’s field service, such as strengthening the team communication,diversification of incentive and improving team performance appraisalsystem. Then using WBS, put forward implementation opinions for the teamconstruction plan. All these are for the purpose of offering the referencesuggestion for B’s field service, increasing team performance.
