Research On The Knowledge Transfer Process And Mechanism Of Transforming Enterprises

With the rapid development of information technology and the upgrading ofindustrial structure, successful operation mode and management ideals in the past cannot guarantee a sustainable competitive advantage, enterprises will inevitably face astrategic transformation. As the most important aspect of knowledge management,knowledge transfer plays a key role in the business transformation process. Whetherthe required knowledge is smoothly transferred affects the result of businesstransformation for enterprises.This paper focuses on the enterprises in the context of business transformation.Importance is attached to the knowledge transfer process and it’s mechanism oftransforming enterprises.Firstly, based on the classical knowledge transfer modals both domestic andabroad, an in-depth analysis on the knowledge transfer process of transformingenterprises is conducted. As a result, a three-phase modal of knowledge transferprocess is brought up. Then, the general process of the modal’s implementation phaseis explored. Secondly, a conceptual modal and a structural framework modal areconstructed with the help of systemic analysis methods. Under the guidance ofComplex Adaptive System (CAS) theory, the stimulate–response modal andemergence mechanism are introduced to analyze the behavioral mode of knowledgetransfer within transforming enterprises. Then, a mathematical model is constructedto explore the mechanism of knowledge evolution. Finally, with the particularity ofknowledge transfer of transforming enterprises fully considered, several successfulcases studied, factors such as information technology, enterprise culture andorganizational structure analyzed, an implementation platform for knowledge transfer of transforming enterprises is put forward.The analysis of knowledge transfer process of transforming enterprises in thispaper is of general meaning for the research on business transformation. The usage ofsystemic analysis thoughts in this paper opens a new view for the research ofknowledge transfer of transforming enterprises.
