Enterprise transformation is the micro-foundation of China’s economic structuraladjustment,and the inevitable logic of the industrial structure adjustment. In theknowledge economy era, any business will inevitably be marked by the stigma ofknowledge,of course the transferring enterprises. Transferring enterprises is also atypical knowledge-based enterprises,so it also need knowledge management. At thesame time,knowledge transferring is core of knowledge management. Thesignificance of combination of enterprise transformation and knowledge transferringis self-evident. Impact of knowledge transfer mechanisms in the research enterprise inthe transition process is also a matter of course. And the current research in this areais weak, fragmented, which highlights the significance of this study lies.This study based on the National Social Science Fund,(11BT027). This study is tosystematically study the impact mechanism of knowledge transferring during theenterprise transformation. In the course of the study I use structural equations, gametheory, differential equations, model and design a variety of methods. The researchcovers: introduction part explains the background and significance of this study, anddefines the object of study, and summarizes the content and methods, and proposes tostudy the characteristics of innovation; literature reviews the related studies and cometo the enterprise transformation process of knowledge transfer mechanism is of greatsignificance,but now the research is relatively weak, and come to the necessity andimportance of this study to lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent chapters;On this basis, the next chapter discusses the difference between enterprise in thetransition process and the general enterprise. From the characteristics of theorganization of the process of enterprise transformation, the author analyzes thedynamic reason and characteristics of knowledge transferring during enterprisetransformation; And then, the content introduces several new and popular knowledgeand technology. The thesis demonstrates that knowledge transferring during theenterprise transforming can not be separated from knowledge and technology and knowledge transfer model, and based on the classic knowledge of technology andknowledge transfer model, establishes several platform of knowledge transferringduring the enterprise transforming; In the basis of questionnaire designing, surveyand analysis, author propose the conceptual model and assumptions, and then validatethe conceptual model, and draw the corresponding conclusions, suggestions andcountermeasures; From the perspective of innovation, the chapter firstly analyzesthe relationship between knowledge transfer and innovation, then analyzes theeffectiveness of knowledge transferring during the enterprise transforming, at lastempirically researches the effect of knowledge transferring during the enterprisetransforming and draws a brief conclusion; At the end of this thesis, the authorsummaries the contents of all research and existing deficiencies and the points ofworth further research.This study draws these conclusions.(1)Combing and reviewing of the literature of home and abroad, the result showsthat the research of enterprise transformation process from the perspective ofknowledge transfer is small, scattered, and fragmental.(2)The dynamic reason of knowledge transferring in the process of enterprisetransition includes features of knowledge, reducing transaction costs, making up theknowledge gap, promoting innovation. Features of knowledge are non-exclusivity,transferred across time and space, and non-expendable and changes of the value,andknowledge is irreversible, and knowledge dependence, and knowledge dispersion. Inaddition, the thesis analyzes the knowledge transfer in the process of businesstransformation from ontology, ability, process and behavioral mechanisms.(3)Knowledge transferring activities in the enterprise in the transition process isinseparable from knowledge and technology. The system platform is the basis ofknowledge transfer in the process of business transformation. Two typical knowledgetransfer technology are Agent and Web2.0, and combinations of there two. Draw onthe classical theory of knowledge transferring, the article constructs knowledgetransfer model of business transformation At the same time,this article build theknowledge transfer platform for business transformation from the system perspective,business perspective and technical perspective. (4)The affecting factors are the core of influencing mechanism. From the characterof transformational enterprise, corporate identity of the sources of knowledge,knowledge property, knowledge transfer situations, and knowledge distance fivedimensions testifies the effect of knowledge transferring. The empirical researchfindings: the five factors impact the effectiveness of knowledge transfer is significant,the impact vary in size, the second indicators are also. Therefore, the article proposestwo countermeasures:①Companies should do good in the selection and motivation ofthe knowledge transfer partners. Enterprise collects information to understand the willof the sources of knowledge transfer, and to find knowledge source enterprise’smean of transferring knowledge sincerely and actively or not. At the same time,enterprises should examine the strengths and weaknesses of each other knowledgeoutputs, the level of knowledge understanding, knowledge reputation good or bad,corporate culture is tolerant and open or narrow-minded and conservative.②Enterprises should focus on creating the context of knowledge transfer. For example,transformation enterprise should build a powerful knowledge transfer platform tocreate an atmosphere conducive to innovation and knowledge transfer, and formulatea comprehensive knowledge transfer incentive system activity monitoring system andthe income distribution system, and take the initiative to show the signal and theattitude of the integrity of trust made good knowledge transfer situations.(5)From the perspective of innovation, knowledge transfer may promote innovation,and further evidence shows that the knowledge transfer in the process of enterprisetransformation has a positive correlation-ship with knowledge innovation,technological innovation and management innovation. Therefore, countermeasures:Transformation enterprise should,①focus on the connotation of knowledge transfer,highlighting the critical role of knowledge innovation;②vigorously improveknowledge transfer close to reality, and promote the transformation of enterprises’technological innovation;③transfer a certain amount of soft knowledge, raise thelevel of management innovation.
