2010is the first year for online buying group in China. During the past two years,this new business model has experienced a period of fast development, which is eventoo hot to describe. In the process of buying group, the participants, including themerchants, the consumers and the online station keep a win-win relationship, whichmakes the social resources get the most effective configuration. However, with thedevelopment of the online buying group model, more and more problems areemerging, such as the existence of dishonesty for the online stations. The healthydevelopment of the online buying group is facing a serious challenge and the industrywill face shuffle and integration.As a new industry, the research of online buying group still focuses onphenomenon analysis, including the analysis of the current situation and the onlinegroup buying model, and the existing problems. On the basis of the description ofonline group buying, this paper discusses the game process among the participantsand provides the optimal strategy for them. Besides, the writer puts forward therelevant policy suggestions to make the industry of online buying group grow in abest way.In the game analysis between the merchants and the net stations, on the basis ofthe related studies, this article gives specific suggestion about the degree ofpunishment to the merchants’ breach. Secondly, the paper analyzes the gamerelationship between the stations and the government supervision for the first time,and lists the conditions that influence the probability of breach for stations andsupervision for the government.In addition, an investigation report pointed out that the credit evaluation systemfor online group buying station is badly needed to be established, therefore, this papermakes a preliminary discussion for the establishment of the credit evaluation systemfor online group buying station through the empirical analysis of the data from51stations in march,2012on the theory of factor analysis.
