Research On Influencing Factors Of Green Development Of LS Real Estate Company

Since the 21 st century,along with the rapid economic development and rapid population growth,the global available resources are becoming scarcer and the environmental degradation is extremely serious.As China's real estate industry has brought positive benefits to economic development and social progress,it has also created resources.Negative effects such as waste and environmental pollution.The development of the real estate industry requires a large amount of land resources,building materials resources,water resources,energy,etc.,as well as a large amount of construction waste,sewage,waste gas and other pollutants.Although governments and companies have taken some measures to improve these negative effects in recent years,they are still far from our expectations.Based on the above problems,it needs to think about which factors affect the green development of real estate enterprises in China.This also gives a new research topic: research on influencing factors of green development of real estate enterprises,The leading LS company in green technology R&D applications and green management is an example.This paper reviews the theory of green development,analyzes the status of green development of real estate enterprises,expounds the necessity of green development of real estate enterprises,and takes LS real estate company as an example,the value chain analysis is used to analyze the activities of LS company,identify the factors that affect their green development in each value activity,put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.This paper applies the value chain analysis method to the annlysis of the influencing factors of the green development of real estate enterprises for the first time.The concept of customization of the whole house is put forward to the planning scheme design,impove the utilization rate of the house space,and realize the goal of land conservation.
