Implementation Scheme Design And Application In ERP Project Of ZM Corp.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology is the comprehensive application of the advanced management theory and advanced information technology. The representative of the information technologies, such as the Internet technology, the computer hardware and software technology, are the fundament of ERP’s extensive applications which support cross-platform, multilingual, and multi-organizations. And ERP has close relationship and data logical interface with the application of e-commerce. With the application of ERP technology in production and management of enterprises, greatly improves the enterprise management level and efficiency, has brought considerable economic benefits, becomes the important technical means and guarantee of business management system, and acts the irreplaceable role increasingly.First of all, this paper systematically discusses the ERP related knowledge and principle, as well as the development history, application status and future trends. Based on the detailed analysis of the structure characteristics of ERP system implementation, and the implementation of difficult issues, this paper presents the ERP system construction key points and implementation measures, such as strengthening the ERP software selection, business process reengineering, information quality and guarantee safety, enhancing the training of ERP system and the points for attention in the construction and acceptance.Secondly, on the basis of summing up the ERP theoretical knowledge, this paper carries out a feasibility analysis of ZM ERP project, which analyzes the motivation, condition and foundation of ZM Corp. ERP project implementation. Then this paper proposes the ERP project implementation plan, which has a detailed description of the ZM Corp. ERP project organization, implementation of the steps and processes, supporting system construction. And this pager focuses on the ERP project involves the function module of Business Process Reengineering (BPR).Thirdly, this paper puts forward the design and implementation of ZM ERP project’s system environment, expounds the hardware and software platform construction plan of ZM ERP project in accordance with the information system project’s construction theory. In view of the deficiency of ERP system and the demand of enterprises, this paper puts forward to use VPN technology of remote access solutions, and according to the ERP software’s secondary development interface to implement the importing and exporting of bulk system data.Finally, the implementation of ZM ERP project is summarized, as follows: the flow of enterprise business is optimized, the level of management is improved, the requirement of centralized and unified rapid processing from various different sites is satisfied, and the monitoring of various operating data is strengthened. Through the analysis of the ZM ERP project implementation effect, the direction of further work in the future has been pointed out.
