The goal of ERP is to implement enterprises' resources optimizing configuration and remove all the invalid work and resources. It can achieve the integration of information stream, material stream, capital stream, value stream and operation stream. It can also improve the satisfaction of the client.The developments of economy globalize and China's entry as a full partner in the WTO makes China' s enterprises management must connect with the world. ERP is a management system that integrates modern management thoughts and new information technology.
