In the high- tech domain, with more and more drastic competition, the persons with ability's flow are very frequently. Many corporations are strongly aware that the competition of persons has been the hotspot in this domain. If corporations want to retain the persons with ability, the problem must be solved firstly is increasing the satisfaction degree of employees, accordingly fosters employees' identity and adscription to corporations, strengthen the centripetal force of employee for enterprise continuously,in order to achieve the management based on human. How to survey and evaluate the satisfaction degree of employees, and perfect the management for the satisfaction degree of employees has become the problem which must be solve by modern enterprise.This thesis passes through the combination of theory and practice, with the satisfaction degree of employee measure comment and management as research purpose. First, this study analyzes the factor, which could affect employee's satisfaction degree, then takes example for the HW Co. which is an IT company. Analyzes the internal and external environment of this firm, points out the serious actual state of losing employees in the company, the thesis synthetically apply the correlative theory of the satisfaction degree of employees, and combine the research and the analyses of the satisfaction degree of employees, a table be schemed out which is used to determine the satisfaction degree of employees;The table has been used to determine the satisfaction degree of employees in HW Co. from all angles. From the result, we can see, the total job satisfaction of HW Co. is relatively good, but in term of Training, Performance Appraisal and Development, the job satisfaction is relatively low. At the same time, it comes out the management method to increasing the satisfaction degree of employees and the core competition of the company.This thesis applies and researches the way to determine thesatisfaction degree of employees, and explores the management method. A tool and method be offered to entirely realize the employees' intention and effectively inspirit employees, increasing the satisfaction degree of employees. That will improve corporation's management.
