City Habitability Research And Evaluation

On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper carries on the analysis from thefollowing four parts: the urban economic rich degree, the urban social harmony degree,the urban environment beautiful degree and the comfort of city life. It analyzes thehabitability of Xuchang by selecting principal component analysis method, incombination with the actual channels, and constructing evaluation index system ofXuchang.The purpose of this study is to enrich and consummate the evaluation theorythrough the analysis of Xuchang livable city theory and the establishment of livable cityof the evaluation index system. According to the analysis of the problems of Xuchanglivable we can put forward some corresponding solution countermeasures. This willprovide some reference suggestions to the future city planning and livable constructionof Xuchang.This paper is divided into six parts:Chapter One Introduction. Usingprincipal component analysis to analyze and do overall merit on Xuchang cityhabitability.Chapter Five Countermeasures and Suggestions on Xuchang city habitabilityascension. By analyzing and evaluating the livable of Xuchang city we can draw aconclusion and propose targeted efforts to promote the development of economy toconstruct a conservation-conscious city. We also can perfect the urban public facilities; improve the city’s comprehensive service functions.
