The Analysis And Research On Building A Livable Jiangbei Chongqing

With the advance of urban transformation, in a harmonious society, the ecological civilization leads the 21st century, livable city construction and management is becoming municipal important management functions. On the basis of investigation and research, it analyses and studies the feasibility of livable Jiangbei and makes relevant recommendations. First, this paper introduces the content of livable city, makes people-oriented, urban residents and creates a comfortable, safe working and living environment, and achieves a harmonious urban and sustainable development. Then, according to the Ministry of Construction in April 2007 accreditation through the "livable city scientific evaluation criteria" index system, Unifies the Jiangbei Chongqing District's actual situation, carries on the revision to the evaluating indicator system, after the investigation, the relevant sub-index data was made, and Jiangbei District cities livable level integrated score reaches 78.9445 points. On this basis, this paper analyses Easy Living Jiangbei, and compares six areas' livable levels in the city of Chongqing, Jiangbei is "more livable city,"and closes to "livable city" level, and then this paper analyses Jiangbei District livable urban construction and development with major problems . Finally, this paper presents to build livable Jiangbei countermeasures and suggestions to make Jiangbei become an Easy Living City with economic, social, cultural, ecological coordinated development.
