For executives of listed companies in China to change on the basis of a detailedanalysis, applying the event study method study of executives changes have an impact onthe value of the company, to serve as the basis to identify problems and put forwardfeasible suggestions.First, research background, pointed out the need for research on the subject; set outfrom both theoretical and practical significance of significance; finishing classificationresearch results to scholars at home and abroad, also pointed out that there is not enoughinsufficient for appropriate research, embodies innovation. defined the concept of conceptssuch as executives, Executive changes, corporate value; addresses the measurement ofcorporate value theory on change and correlation between the value of the company andexecutives; at the same time the study object is a strict definition.Second, on company executives change of causes for detailed of description, for dataanalysis, concluded that change causes of relative proportion; according to change causesof different, will its classified for normal change and non-normal change, and for one byone analysis, in following chapters in the will two class change on company value ofeffect for empirical research; from internal organization of changes, and run-in and the onsurplus management of effect area analysis has executives change on company exists ofeffect.Again, at present in China listing company executives to change status from change,analysis of the sources and the successor, found similarities to existing realities in ourcountry and abroad conclusions; in addition to executives outside the direct cause of thechange, further elaborated on the other factors that influence change, including internalgovernance mechanisms, mechanisms of external and corporate performance.Finally, applying the event study method respectively on Executive changes innormal and non-normal changes: an empirical study, concluded that research results; basedon the research findings and make relevant recommendations.
