Study On The Construction Of Huaxin Cement IT Disaster And Recovery

With the continuous development of the national Informatization Construction, someenterprises establish IT systems with the purpose to improve efficiency of the managementand production, and to reduce the risks of the management. After the Enterprises dependon these systems, they ask for higher request of the disaster recovery ability.With the experience of the author who work in Huaxin responsible for systemmaintenance and the industry theory, this thesis reviews the history of disaster recoveryand describe the situation in and out China, and through the analysis of Huaxin detailedsituation then supply the proposal for Huaxin Disaster and Recovery establishment. Firstlythis thesis researches on Huaxin Cement company and its Informatization, and gets theresult of that Huaxin IT is in the first troop of Building materials industry especially incement area, then analysis the IT systems which Huaxin depends on. This thesis uses oneworkflow of ERP system as an example to get the result of that the business depend on ITsystem heavily. So the importance of the IT systems to Huaxin is proved. Base on this thethesis analyzes the risks of IT systems to find out the exist risks and parallel to researcheson the situation of disaster recovery ability, the differences between requirement andexistence is obviously, and this is the target of the Huaxin disaster recovery project.Finally this thesis gives the suggested total proposal for disaster and recovery planningand through the benefit and cost theory to judge the budget. At the end, the design formanagement and technical which is based on Huaxin’s situation are recommended.
