Planning And Controlling Disaster Recovery System Construction Project Of Yingkou Bank

With the rapid development and widespread use of mobile Internet and big data technologies,traditional banks have been rapidly moving toward "information banks",which has led banks to constantly adapt their flexible,fast and continuous service delivery and business continuity assurance requirements.The establishment of disaster recovery information system has become the focus of the bank.Therefore,the construction of disaster recovery system in Yingkou Bank is practical significance to study the system construction.In this thesis,the feasibility of Yingkou bank disaster recovery construction is analyzed.According to the project management theory and method,we put forward the plan and implementation plan of the project,analyze the possible risk factors in the project implementation process.The avoidance plans and measures are given.The research results provides guidance to construct Yingkou Bank's two places and three disaster recovery centers,and can also provide reference for other similar projects.
